Meditation
In the fast-paced rhythm of our daily lives, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected. But what if there was a way to find peace and clarity amidst the chaos?
Mindfulness meditation, known as “Satipatthana” in the Buddhist tradition, is a foundational practice aimed at cultivating awareness and insight. This practice guides you on an inner transformative journey towards enlightenment, helping you understand the true nature of existence, reduce suffering, and cultivate wisdom and compassion.
Practicing meditation daily can lead to a calmer mind and body, develop resilience and a positive outlook, enhance connections with others, and bring joy to yourself and those around you.
Certainly, meditation is a lifelong journey, but you can start experiencing the benefits of mindfulness meditation within just a few weeks of consistent practice.

Meditation Session
After an introduction to meditation technique, we will practice together through formal guided sitting meditations, each lasting approximately 30 minutes (beginners) to 1 hour (advanced). After each session, there will be a Q&A segment (about 20 minutes) to explore the techniques further. These sessions can be tailored for individuals or groups.
You will also receive one-on-one guidance and support tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Meditation sessions will be in English language.

Dana (generosity)
In line with Buddhist traditions, meditation sessions are offered on donation (dana) basis.
Dana, which means generosity or giving, is a fundamental virtue in Buddhism. It reflects the idea that Dharma teachings or guidance should be shared freely, without expecting anything in return. This practice encourages both the giver and the receiver to cultivate generosity and detachment from material possessions.
